Is Shop Knotty CA reliable?

I love most of the underwear I receive but at least one pair every month has a very tight band that makes me pucker out over it. I wish there was a way to customize those types of underwear. I’m a size 8, and have some fat on my hips and belly those underwear create huge panty lines. I’m thinking about cancelling my membership due to continuing to receive these in my thong package. :(
