The design process was easy and fast. Each person who responded was nice and helped with what we asked for. The lightweight neck gaiter is cool. It is shorter than I expected but the material is lightweight and soft. The hemming is not as clean and has some strings and frayed pieces that could have been sewn a little nicer. We purchased these for our kids and our family so they are really fun and what we were hoping for. If we were purchasing these for a business gift or a wedding gift ect...I would have been a little disappointed in the quality of the sewing detail. The product was made and shipped very fast. We had it within a week of ordering. Two of the photos have what most of them look like with the sloppy hem. There was one that looked very nice that I also uploaded. Overall the design and materials are great. Thanks
