“I cannot say enough amazing things about Knotty Tie Co. I ordered groomsmen ties for my wedding in Denver and made the mistake of only ordering 5 when I needed 7, and I didn’t realize it until the day before the wedding. I was panicking. I reached out to the team and they went absolutely above and beyond, handmaking two additional ties the same day to match my original order perfectly. The quality of the ties is outstanding! my groomsmen looked incredible and we received so many compliments. But what truly sets Knotty Tie apart is their customer service and heart. This is a company that genuinely cares about their customers, and it shows. They saved my wedding day and I will be a customer for life. “The eblem is on upside down. I put them on to send pictures, and tried for 2 hours, and I can't get it to go right. I have contacted Jaymie via messenger, I awaiting her to get back. the ties are beautiful, but the emblem is upside down. I will wait for a response. Thank you..”
