The colors received do not look like what is on the website. Wedding is in various colors of Pink. I ordered Champagne Rose and they came in looking like Terrocotta orange. Ordered Fuchsia and it came in looking like Rasberry. My son ordered Watermelon and it came in looking like cedar or light rust. Can't use any of these and they have a no return policy. Which is find as long as the product is what it should be!! Not satisfied at all.

When we discovered this tie, it was from searching internet for an iridescent tie. The we purchased from Knotty was the first tie presented and showed a photo of tie that appears to be reflecting various colors in the light. We were so excited to be receiving the tie when it arrived yesterday as it’s only one week until my son’s prom. We’re are VERY DISAPPOINTED! This tie is NOT iridescent but a printed fake iridescent and frankly looks rather cheesy. Now we’re faced with what to do when prom is only one week away.

First the bad - I received the tie, and it was the right pattern, but the colors were completely off. Now the good. Delivery was on time and as expected. Communication was good. And when I sent an email after the incorrect colored tie arrived, I was met with a quick response and a promise to remake the tie and have it by a new date. So, even though they made a mistake, they are trying to fix it. Hope the 2nd try works better than the first.

As far as getting my tie shipment sped up, the service was awesome. But, the fact that I can’t return the ties is not sitting well with me. I ordered colors to try with my suits for my wedding to see which one I like more and now I am stuck with them. My fault for not checking but I’ll be ordering from another company in the future.

This is because we strive to limit manufacturing waste in the interest of sustainability and therefore we print, cut, and sew each order to each customer's specifications, which is a unique business model. We offer thousands of pattern options for our ties, and these patterns can either be customized by color, size, or both. Because of our robust and customizable catalog, we do hope you can understand that we are unable to offer a standard return policy similar to other retailers that keep inventory of non-customized products in stock. It’s incredibly hard to get a hold of customer service. I was offered an option to upgrade my shipping (after already paying $9 to ship) to receive my items in time. After responding to the representative (Jaymie) hoping to facilitate the new shipping arrangement, I have heard nothing. Unfortunately, the way mail is going, I am not sure if I will have my ties in time for my wedding. I’m disappointed because I’m sure they are beautiful ties.

The bow tie didn’t seem high enough quality for the cost. For example, there was a discoloration on the front of our ordered bow tie almost looking like a glue stain.

I asked a simple question about how to return the product and they gave me a big long marketing schpeel about the product instead of a simple "all sales are final" or "it's not returnable.

The service is fine, but the ties do not match with the colors on the color matching mat. I had to order 7 different pocket squares to find a match to the bridesmaid dresses. All the extra pieces and expedited shipping is stacking, and it's not worth it, but I am stuck at this point. I hope one of the 7 I ordered match, so that I can then order 10sets for the wedding and pay exorbitant rush shipping. If you are going to push the color matching mat the colors ordered should actually match the color matching mat.

Quality is decent but we purchased this to match our Azazie pocket squares/bridesmaid dresses and it doesn't match. We were excited that we could pick the exact Azazie colors but they are noticably different--the tie color is much lighter.

The mask quality is just average. The hem line in the middle is odd and the design and white liner slide. The shipping experience was terrible. I was happy to support and local Colorado store but I might skip this one.

I was very excited about my order but the shade of the items did not match a previously purchased item. I am in contact with customer support but currently nothing has been resolved. I would be cautious and order all of the items you need at one to avoid this issue.

Tie color did not match the sample we received. I added a photo although it doesn't fully show the difference in color shade as it is in person.

The order did not arrive during the expected window. I would not have ordered if the window would have been accurate since we had to leave without receiving the order.

Face mask (regular size) I ordered was too small for my face (I am an adult male who doesn’t have a overly large head). Straps were very tight and mask didn’t come over my chin, which resulted in it moving around too much.

It is pretty but too small for my face. You need to make them wider (taller) and I would prefer straps around the ears.
