It’s incredibly hard to get a hold of customer service. I was offered an option to upgrade my shipping (after already paying $9 to ship) to receive my items in time. After responding to the representative (Jaymie) hoping to facilitate the new shipping arrangement, I have heard nothing. Unfortunately, the way mail is going, I am not sure if I will have my ties in time for my wedding. I’m disappointed because I’m sure they are beautiful ties.
