“I ordered the climbing tie for my son’s graduation from Penn State since he is on their climbing team. I loved that I could customize colors and chose. I was thrilled! However, when the tie arrived, it was not as pictured. I reached out immediately and shared my pictures. Daniela quickly wrote back that they had made an error and would send me a new tie. The new tie arrived and was what I ordered! It was the correct colors and will be a perfect addition to graduation day. I am very pleased with quality of the fabric, the packaging, and the customer service.”

“We ordered coordinated ties for a special event and loved how they turned out. Having the fabric color swatch sample showed the endless variety of colors and allowed us to make cooridnating ties that came out right the first time. Highly recommend Knotty Tie Co!
