“The website is so much fun! I needed to chat with costumer service regarding my design and the woman was very prompt and helpful. My only complaint is that some of the stitching on the tie seems loose. I can see the white thread. Fortunately, it is only on a section that will not be seen. Overall, I am very happy with my experience.”

“Based on other reviews and pricing I was expecting higher quality. I ordered 3 pocket squares with inititals. I was disappointed when they arrived to learn that the initials are screen printed on. They look cheap.”

“All three ties are great. Just a reminder to those if you living outside of USA. All duties and taxes are due at the door u[on delivery. Best to advise in your sales presentation.”

“First time ordering from Knotty Tie Co. and must say I'm very satisfied with the overall service . My order consisted of 6 ties and pocket squares in a beautiful custom color, I received my order in a timely manner. “Knotty Tie was so professional and fast. I was really impressed with how fast they responded and Egar they were to help. I had to reorder a different pattern and needed a fast turnaround. Knotty did not disappoint. It cost me but they were fast and reliable. I will definitely use them again.”

“Everything turned out great and delivery was on time! Can't ask for more. They do smell a little bit like newly produced (that's the best description I can come up with) when you take them out, so would just leave time to air them out a bit and/or febreeze them.”

“If I could give more stars, I would! There was an error with my order and I needed a tie before leaving town. Thankfully I'm local to Knotty Tie and their team went above and beyond to make it right. It's a rare occurance to have good customer service these days and the Knotty Tie team was a welcomed breath of fresh air! They were professional, prompt and had excellent communication. The quality of the tie was suberb. I've already recommeneded Knotty Tie to several friends.”

“I like what Knottie Tie is doing and the customization. I will say the quality is pretty low, if I saw it in a store I wouldn't pay close to $50. The value is really just in the customizing, not the materials.”
