If I could give more stars, I would! There was an error with my order and I needed a tie before leaving town. Thankfully I'm local to Knotty Tie and their team went above and beyond to make it right. It's a rare occurance to have good customer service these days and the Knotty Tie team was a welcomed breath of fresh air! They were professional, prompt and had excellent communication. The quality of the tie was suberb. I've already recommeneded Knotty Tie to several friends.
