The website is so much fun! I needed to chat with costumer service regarding my design and the woman was very prompt and helpful. My only complaint is that some of the stitching on the tie seems loose. I can see the white thread. Fortunately, it is only on a section that will not be seen. Overall, I am very happy with my experience.
