“Everything turned out great and delivery was on time! Can't ask for more. They do smell a little bit like newly produced (that's the best description I can come up with) when you take them out, so would just leave time to air them out a bit and/or febreeze them.”

“If I could give more stars, I would! There was an error with my order and I needed a tie before leaving town. Thankfully I'm local to Knotty Tie and their team went above and beyond to make it right. It's a rare occurance to have good customer service these days and the Knotty Tie team was a welcomed breath of fresh air! They were professional, prompt and had excellent communication. The quality of the tie was suberb. I've already recommeneded Knotty Tie to several friends.”

“I like what Knottie Tie is doing and the customization. I will say the quality is pretty low, if I saw it in a store I wouldn't pay close to $50. The value is really just in the customizing, not the materials.”

“The process was easy to choose custom colors. Love that option especially for special events. Choose colors carefully because mine turned out a little less green and more teal than I wanted. But overall I am satisfied.”

“We are so happy with the patterned bow tie that we ordered for my husband to wear on our wedding day. We loved the pattern and were thrilled that we could custom-order it in our wedding colors. “what a great find! we were having such a hard time finding tie designs we liked in colors we also liked, so knotty tie really is the best of both worlds! shipping was easy, adjusting our colors was easy, we are so happy with the results and can't wait for the groom and our wedding party to wear them in 3 weeks!”
