Just wonderful! Daniela took such care every step of the way; no question was too small; she was very responsive. If there had ever been any kind of delay in responding to an e-mail, I would not have worried because I knew I could absolutely count on her - as it happened, there never was a delay. It felt more like I was working with someone down the street rather than someone in another country. Thank you Daniela and the team a Knotty Tie.
