I love the customization and previewing of the product that Knotty Tie offers. The price is very reasonable and the ties are good quality. Unfortunately, I was sent the wrong tie after waiting 3 weeks. Their customer service is very responsive (heard back within hours). I would have loved to give 5 stars but I still don’t have my tie yet and my wedding is in a few weeks.
