Knotty Tie was AMAZING to work with!!! We ordered the ColorMatch chart to match our bridesmaids dresses and when the ties came they were not at all like the swatch we matched the dresses to. They worked with us to correct this. We sent them a swatch of our dresses and they custom matched the color for us!!! We just received the new ties and they are PERFECT! We could not be happier with this company! I’ve included photos of both. Daniela worked with us for the most part and very thankful for her assistance!
