Sent the wrong tie originally which was stressful due to the proximity to my wedding day. But Daniela from customer service was so kind and made everything right and did it really quick. The tie finally showed up and was perfect. She even checked in to make sure it was good and sent her congrats. Thank you and i will definitely recommend to others in the future.
