No excellent service or product. I wanted the perfect tie to match my
MILs dress. I ordered the custom matching mat and the color seemed perfect. What I received was not that same color. It was much lighter. I was just told the correct one was printed and because it’s custom no returns. The rep did not care. Two days away from my wedding and very disappointed. Just doing $12-20 ties from Amazon from now on.
