Excellent products overall. I have ordered face masks from K.T. 5 or 6 times during the pandemic, several personal orders and 1 or 2 for my workplace also. However, this order, which I placed Nov 15 arrived pretty late ( today, Dec 1) and contained incorrect products. This is the 2nd of my 5 or 6 orders from K.T. that did not contain the actual masks that I ordered. So, this is the 2nd time I have had to contact the company and request they reship my order. I contacted them today, waiting to hear back on my order getting reshipped.
