The tracking number provided was incorrect and I never got a response to an email I sent even after over a week of waiting. I then followed by chat and finally got a response with the correct tracking number. Additionally, I ordered the Burlap Crosshatch and expected the tie to be woven with threads of two different colors, so the texture would show. Instead, it seems the colors are just painted onto a white cloth. It looks fine, but not what I expected for the cost.
