My first time ordering from knotty Tie Co. and I was very disappointed.
I customized a tie for my husband for Christmas and got something not even close to what I had “customized” I told him it was going to be all his favorite colors, and it wasn’t even the right base color, a total waste of money and a huge let down. When you pay for a customized tie you expect a customized tie!!
