The custom tie and pocket square came out perfect. The first one I ordered wasn't the right color which was no one's fault but my own, but Daniella in customer service recommended I get a color swatch and sent it to me at no additional charge. They don't do returns, which makes sense as each piece is custom made, but she also gave me a 50%off coupon for my next order. Great customer service and so many options. I know we will be using them again.
