We had so much fun designing my fiance's tie!! We picked a matching pocket square for him and we are SO pleased with how it looks now that we received it. We initially put in the incorrect zip code, so our package was returned to the sender. When we reached out to customer service, they were super prompt in responding, letting us know that as soon as they receive it, they'd ship it out to the updated shipping address, without extra charge. We are so happy we went with Knotty Tie Co!
