This company has OUTSTANDING products & EXCEPTIONAL customer service. I placed 2 different orders for the same necktie for our wedding, but ordered the wrong size the 2nd time... they calmly & kindly helped me get the correct size, while I was in panic-mode that we wouldn't get the 2nd correct order in time. (We did!)
I can't say enough good things about Knotty Tie Co. - their products are gorgeous, and customer-centric business model coukdn't be better -- well done! Bravo!
