The color customer is fun to play with. The duration from purchase to my doorstep was faster than expected. Mind you I had 12 different color customized ties, and it took I think less than 7 days. (From Colorado to the East Coast.) What is annoying is that if you "design" a tie, that tie is put into a different cart than the color customized ties. Also designed ties have a $20 fee in addition to the $60 price tag. I ultimately did not order a designed tie. FYI: Designed ties are ties you upload a design/artwork/ideas to. The Knotty team then puts that design onto a tie. Color customized ties are ties with a pattern/artwork already on them, but you can change the colors on the pattern/artwork.
