At first I did not like the pre tied bow ties when i received them. They reached out to me right away & asked how they could make my experience better. They suggested another option for me & made everything in a timely manner. It was very close to my wedding day but they made it happen at no extra cost. I’m very grateful for their help. The bow ties they suggested were exactly what I was looking for.
