I am so grateful to Knotty for making my wedding day special with their ties. I had a couple issues at first with communication as there was a problem receiving my messages through the website. Fortunately I was able to talk with someone and they help me out (they gave me a direct e-mail because of the time crunch). Then one of my orders wasn't quite what I wanted and they fixed it, reprinted it, and sent it to me in time for my special day. I may have had some issued due to some technology/server issues, but the company was very responsive and helpful getting what I needed for my wedding. I am very grateful and loved the ties.
