We used Knotty for our groom's party ties and pocket squares. My first design request took quite a while for a proof, and when it came through, I was less than impressed. After calling the Knotty office and a few email exchanges, I felt like I was able to see my original idea translated. There were just a lot of bumps and miscommunications along the way- pricing errors, proof errors, etc. However, we pushed through and ordered. My fiance' and I are pleased with the ties and pocket squares. I do wish I had been offered a custom tie label, though. I didn't think of it until I had the tie in hand, oh well! The ties and pocket squares are quite lovely, and I can't wait to see them worn on our wedding day!
