The process of getting the design proofs was very easy and quick. The initial tie sent out had an error with the way part of it was printed, but they very quickly determined the problem and sent out a fixed tie that arrived only two days later.
Overall I’d say it was a very pleasant experience and would use Knotty Tie again in the future.
