The service was great, turn around time was great. My ties are groomsmen gifts and they are already packaged in a beautiful way to present. The design of the tie was exactly as I asked it to be so the design team was amazing. The actual print of the tie is a little fuzzy, but for a custom tie I don't think I expected much different
