The shipping of our handmade masks was delayed, but Knotty Tie was very responsive and even offered to send a replacement by UPS if my order didn't come soon. Of course, it showed up the next day, so that wasn't necessary. The masks are very nice and comfortable. I would definitely recommend the company and products.
