Customer service was very responsive and created a great custom design! I haven't worn my mask for long, so time will tell how easy it is to wear for long periods of time. It is very soft! I'm a little nervous that the band around my head will give me a headache (like any other headband), but the mask did stay up when I wore it, which is good. I ordered for a group and most of the group hasn't tried out the masks yet. I ordered the regular adult and think it fits well on me (a woman). The masks were more expensive than most, but the custom design is awesome!
