Customer service was really great: My phone case arrived damaged and they told me I could either refund or exchange the item. When I asked for an exchange, they emailed back after saying they would ship another one free of charge instead! Super friendly and really easy to ask questions if needed. Their items are also reasonable prices and look very pretty - perk is definitely the free shipping too!
