my order went to a wrong address, had to wait to cancel it until after it got delivered. then i was told they would credit my card and i could repurchase the item for the same price. after receiving my item i called as the credit never processed to be told they were not going to credit me. the agent made a mistake and that they would use this incident as a learning tool, AT MY EXPENSE!!!! if your employee says something and it's wrong you should still honor it and then teach him. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE from a company that makes millions/billions.
