My complaint is specifically about your "kohls mom" commercials. When are you going to change her clothes? A true shopper would have dozens and dozens of outfits. Change her clothes now.

My order was canceled due to incorrect inventory, but the gift card I used as partial payment was not refunded. Since it was in my wallet, the gift card information disappeared once I placed the order. When I called customer service, they asked me for the gift card information and I told them it was gone. After 20 minutes, I was told it would take 24 hours to reinstate the balance. Shouldn't customer service know this without me having to spend 20 minutes on the phone. Kohl's used to be my favorite store. Now I absolutely hate it. Difficult returns even with a receipt and within return window, policy changes without informing customers, just bad store policies and untrained associates.

I did an online order. I was out of town and couldn’t pick up by the date they said I had to pick up. It was like “that’s too bad but we can’t do anything for you. Such poor customer service.

Working here: I am extremely disappointed with the workplace culture at this location. Many of the supervisors demonstrate unprofessional and, at times, prejudiced behavior. With the exception of one consistent and one occasional supervisor, most refuse to acknowledge or speak to certain employees, even when directly addressed. It creates a hostile and unwelcoming environment. There is an unhealthy pressure to push Kohl’s credit cards and reward memberships, to the point where employees are harassed or treated as if they have no value unless they help meet those quotas. This is not only unethical but demoralizing. Additionally, some supervisors speak to both employees and customers in a rude and condescending manner, further contributing to a toxic atmosphere. These practices reflect poorly on the company and do not support a respectful or inclusive workplace.

I was looking for a Cotton Bed Sheet SET. So, when I saw an offer from Kohl's, I purchased it. To my surprise, I received a small box with 2 PILLOWCASES. I went online to see what'd happened, and I saw that I DID purchase the SET that was advertised. See pics. I chatted with an associate to no avail. Towards the end she told me that the SET is now $226, and that I had purchased $30.24 + tax for 2 PILLOWCASES. Fellow consumers, BEWARE of BAIT and SWITCH . STAY WITH AMAZON WHERE YOU CAN EASILY SOLVE A PROBLEM.

I went to the Johnsburg, Ill Kohls store .. I had a pick up order from another store .. I met Sara main store manager and right off the bat .., She is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful.. and went out of her way to help me w a small hiccup.. she inquired w another store manager Jim from another Kohls store… THEY WERE ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! Above and truly Beyond!!! I will be a Kohls customer for Life.. this Johnsburg Kohls is OUTSTANDING ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Bought 2 Nike golf polos on sale.There were about ten variations in color for this particular item only two that were on sale for half price(both of which had white as their base color)Wore each shirt one time and then washed.To my horror after washing both shirts had a yellowish stain on the collars and shoulders in identical spots.None of the other polos I washed with them had any issues.Was told by customer service that there was nothing that could be done.Obviously there was some issues with the material.Bottom line is don’t waste your hard earned money on their brand name sale items because they’re probably seconds.

I had to give 1 star..NO STAR. Anyone else having issues with their Kohls card account now that they switched to CapitalOne to handle payments and accounts? I can't pay or access my account since this switch.. ZERO STARS..card cut..no more shopping at Kohls..done.

In store service to return and reorder a product was challenging to say the least. The associate could not figure it out because i had used a coupon on the first one. I Just needed an exchange on the same item judt for a different size , she said she could not reorder the item for me but that i would have to do it and then return the original item. When i called customer service the associate was trying to help me but in the middle of the call it switched me to a survey. The phone tree options do not work well , had to go through that again ...not user friendly. Had to call a second time finally got an associate( Tristan from the Philippines) to help me out. Call went great. However, should not have to call service to help me when the in store associate should have be able to assist In the first place. Frustrating... The experience should have been easy for the customer.

It’s bad enough that I’ve had to wait over half an hour for every phone call, but Every time I call customer service, every single individual I’ve spoken to has terrible, and I do mean terrible customer service! I can’t tell you how many times I’ve been hung up on and nothing ever gets resolved. I’ve had to call numerous times for the same issue. I’m no longer going to shop at Kohl’s until they fix the phone customer service situation. And I was an avid customer for numerous years! I’m so disappointed in this company. I can see why so many people have stopped shopping there.

I went looking for infant boys clothing and was very disappointed. There were so many girl’s outfits but very few choices for boys. I went elsewhere to do my shopping.

New store just opened in our town, and my husband and I went in on Saturday 3/29/25. As a brand-new customer, we were unfamiliar with how Kohl's cash works. The total bill was just cents away from another $10 Kohls cash. I quickly grabbed an item close by and asked the cashier to add. Unfortunately, he already hit total, and they had to get a manager. After about 15 minutes of messing around, the additional $10 coupon was printed. So, one visit produced two coupons. These expire quickly, so I went in yesterday to shop and redeem them. After the cashier hit total, I was informed that only one coupon is allowed per purchase. I asked for one item to be removed from my order so I could redeem the other coupon. The manager came over again to help, and my $30 Kohl's cash coupon only rang up as $24. When I pointed this out, she got out her calculator and started figuring the friends and family discount into it. She told me that the total is absolutely correct. For a $6 difference, I was not going to waste any more of my time and I just left. Shame. I will not be going back over this $6 and they just opened. There are too many other options available, and I am not shopping at a place where the math doesn't math, and they rely on customer stupidity to make money. Joann Fabric did the same thing with their pricing and coupons and look where they are now...

Since COVID the Kohl"s store has deteriorated immensely! Store looks a mess! Also, switching over to a Capital One charge account is deplorable! When calling customer service with account inquiries, the representatives are nonprimary English speaking and hard to understand. Had to call Capital One twice to get my account straightened out and then I closed the account. Sorry Kohl's you just lost our business.

Kohll's sold us a SRE-3050/G Stair lift chair. With in a few days it was installed and operational. Corey did a gtreat job of assembly and installation accomplished in just under 2 hours We are very pleased with the chair operaation.and recomend Kohii's if you are thinking of ggetting a lift chair. I ordered something in January with the promise that it would be no later than February 3. It is still not here. It was re-ordered. I had to deal with people who didn’t speak English and I still don’t have the item and I can’t get the amount off my credit card Poor service. Done!

Took over an hour to get some satisfaction. My order came missing a part. I contacted Kohls and received a confirmation of it being replaced free of charge and the original I can do as I please with… within minutes that replacement was cancelled. I then contacted them again and was given another number… that was an incorrect dept. They then transferred me to their fraud dept. That rep offered to give me my kohls cash back plus refund of my remaining purchase price back to my Kohl’s card. Then I asked for an email receipt and was put on hold … then I was told they can no longer do that and I can write a review and contact my CC company for a refund? I asked to speak to a manager… he offered to replace my Kohl’s cash plus $5 more but was to take up my purchase price with my CC company?! I agreed to my Kohl’s cash plus $10 more to cover my cost. He agreed… I too have been with Kohl’s for years… not anymore…

part of my order never showed up after two months yet they billed me for the entire order. When I called them for the rest of my order, they gave me a partial refund and some fake Kohls cash. that is not acceptable. Their customer service is horrible and I will not recommend and will shop elsewhere.
