My 2 1/2 year old coughed from running around the store and he has asthma, and at the register, as we were done checking out, my son did the thumbs up and cashier thought he wanted to high five and he said under his breath, no, I’m not doing that bCuz you sound sick. WHAT THE HECK! Rude! And to say it to a little kid? Wear a mask buddy! You don’t know his health issue!”
“I love kohls for how easy it is to return items or exchange items but ever since they remodeled and Sephora takes up half the store their clothing lines have declined and especially their clothes selection. Disappointing”
“I returned items for Amazon and customer service was friendly and fast. She gave me a 25% coupon for store. I won’t shop there because dressing rooms are closed 13 months after start of pandemic and record low numbers. So coupon was waste of time. Customer service days depends on corporate. When are they going to get there heads out of the sand?”
“I have been shopping at Kohl’s many years and have decided to no longer shop there. The store I shop at (Cottage GroveMN) is wonderful! However I resent having to pay shipping and handling if I don’t spend a minimum of $75 on line!
I have begun to do my online shopping at Macy’s which offers free shipping to its gold and platinum customers! Oh when I called kohl’s and told the young lady I was an MVC customer she told me that free shipping had been eliminated unless you spend $75 so I’m done! Even their return policy during the pandemic was non-existent. I was able to return items for free at Macy’s!
Love my cottage grove store but the online shipping and handling situation needs to be addressed.”
