Bought 2 Nike golf polos on sale.There were about ten variations in color for this particular item only two that were on sale for half price(both of which had white as their base color)Wore each shirt one time and then washed.To my horror after washing both shirts had a yellowish stain on the collars and shoulders in identical spots.None of the other polos I washed with them had any issues.Was told by customer service that there was nothing that could be done.Obviously there was some issues with the material.Bottom line is don’t waste your hard earned money on their brand name sale items because they’re probably seconds.

I had to give 1 star..NO STAR. Anyone else having issues with their Kohls card account now that they switched to CapitalOne to handle payments and accounts? I can't pay or access my account since this switch.. ZERO STARS..card cut..no more shopping at Kohls..done.

It’s bad enough that I’ve had to wait over half an hour for every phone call, but Every time I call customer service, every single individual I’ve spoken to has terrible, and I do mean terrible customer service! I can’t tell you how many times I’ve been hung up on and nothing ever gets resolved. I’ve had to call numerous times for the same issue. I’m no longer going to shop at Kohl’s until they fix the phone customer service situation. And I was an avid customer for numerous years! I’m so disappointed in this company. I can see why so many people have stopped shopping there.

I went looking for infant boys clothing and was very disappointed. There were so many girl’s outfits but very few choices for boys. I went elsewhere to do my shopping.

Since COVID the Kohl"s store has deteriorated immensely! Store looks a mess! Also, switching over to a Capital One charge account is deplorable! When calling customer service with account inquiries, the representatives are nonprimary English speaking and hard to understand. Had to call Capital One twice to get my account straightened out and then I closed the account. Sorry Kohl's you just lost our business.

I ordered something in January with the promise that it would be no later than February 3. It is still not here. It was re-ordered. I had to deal with people who didn’t speak English and I still don’t have the item and I can’t get the amount off my credit card Poor service. Done!

Took over an hour to get some satisfaction. My order came missing a part. I contacted Kohls and received a confirmation of it being replaced free of charge and the original I can do as I please with… within minutes that replacement was cancelled. I then contacted them again and was given another number… that was an incorrect dept. They then transferred me to their fraud dept. That rep offered to give me my kohls cash back plus refund of my remaining purchase price back to my Kohl’s card. Then I asked for an email receipt and was put on hold … then I was told they can no longer do that and I can write a review and contact my CC company for a refund? I asked to speak to a manager… he offered to replace my Kohl’s cash plus $5 more but was to take up my purchase price with my CC company?! I agreed to my Kohl’s cash plus $10 more to cover my cost. He agreed… I too have been with Kohl’s for years… not anymore…

part of my order never showed up after two months yet they billed me for the entire order. When I called them for the rest of my order, they gave me a partial refund and some fake Kohls cash. that is not acceptable. Their customer service is horrible and I will not recommend and will shop elsewhere.

I returned 2 items 1 almost a month ago the other 1 week after that. I’m still waiting for both to be refunded. Called the customer service line and had a very hard time understanding what either person was saying to me. Now I’m being told another 7 to 14 days. This is unacceptable. I also had a kohls card which I paid off and canceled the account due to it going to Capital One. I will not shop here anymore.

I ordered some socks on December 4th 21 pair which where 26.95 plus shipping well after Kohl’s Cash of 20.00 I still owed 17.01 got socks on December 18th only 7 pair. Called and they said I could take them back to the store and get a refund but the store didn’t have any in stock, they could refund me my money so I could reorder well here we are January 22nd still no refund. So I would not buy off Kohl’s. I will never buy anything again!!

Their Kohl's Cash is a scam, in my opinion. I was billed for items that I later returned and they deducted $10.21 from the refund because they were deducting "a future coupon" that was issued to me for future use. I disputed it and the amount was credited- 2 weeks later it was charged back. Talking to them on the phone is painful. The reps are somewhere in Asia and are difficult to understand. I am filing a complaint with the BBB and closing my account.

I will never step foot in a Kohl’s Department Store again because of their relationship with Capital One (CO). They are the credit card of Kohl’s. For years, EVERY TIME I pay my credit card bill with a check through the Postal Service, I later receive a bill for interest charges even though I mailed the check 7-10+ days before the due date. Every time I receive the interest charges, I call Capital One’s customer service and tell them to take it off. They do without argument. I wonder how many customers they do this to? I also wonder how many customers don’t want to deal with it or don’t check their bill and simply pay the interest charges? It’s a scam! Now, I see CO is being sued for very questionable business practices that cost customers an estimated $2-billion. Hmmmmm. By the way, when I called them to tell them to remove the latest interest charges I was on hold for an hour and a half!

I bought a pair of earrings for myself for my birthday last year and 6 months later 1 of them didn’t look right. I realized the stone in it had some missing. It really upset me because I wore them everyday.

I ordered a watch from Kohls onNov. 2024, and when it out for delivery to me, suddenly it was sent back ...insufficient address! This was the warehouse in Aurora, il fault because they left my apt. # off! I have called customer service 5 times to try to get a refund and have been told something different each time! First 8 days, then 30 days, then another seven days to get a refund credit on my card. Asked to speak to a manager but was told they were too busy answering phones! Still have not received a refund but did get an email saying it might be another 30 days! Very frustrating since I have a bill to pay in about two weeks that still have the $50 charge on there! Horrible experience!

i've always loved Kohls but the new layout of the store made me want to leave as soon as I got there. it is cramped and disorganized. customer online pickup snakes up way to much space.

Totally disappointed with kohls .com. I ordered personalized gifts that I sent myself so I could return if they didn’t come in time. I ordered gifts online to ship to another address and made sure item”s delivery dates were in time for Christmas- each item. estimated to arrive by the 20th ( dates were up until the 20th). I even bought more items to get free shipping. Advertised pajamas and pajama bottoms -nothing out of the ordinary. 1 item was delivery on the 20th and the 3 others are estimated to arrive after Xmas on the 27th. I can’t even cancel because supposedly they processed. I would have purchased different gifts had I known there was a chance gifts would not be delivered before Xmas. All my online orders from different stores arrive on time or just 1 day later. Old Navy, Home Depot , Lowe’s, Gap, Amazon. I wish I would have just ordered from them. Now only 1 person will have her gift .

I was on a chat with Natalie and then supervisor Skyler. It took over 45 min for them to tell me they couldn’t do a price adjustment. Even though they first stated they could. He told me to return it to the store and rebuy at a lower price. Underly ridiculous! Lazy incompetent employees
