so my package was delivered to the wrong address the delivery person took a picture and it wasn't my home and the problem that I have is I can prove it it's not my home I have proof I know where I live but when I called the customer service today she was very rude unprofessional short tone with me didn't have any customer service or apologetic about my package I've been a customer since 2018 but April 2000 2026 I decided I will do away with Kohl's after this phone call and my missing package . somebody needs some more training. It's no fault to mind that my package is missing.

Completely unexpectedly long holds to Verify a card balance, one thing you need to update your space to enter the card number . But to call and be asked to be on hold for 25 min to check a card balance and in the back ground sounds like a family screaming. U need better and quicker services. This is why I don't shop somewhere like this. I did this for my grandma.

Have a kohls card, moved and changed address on card. I have email verification of address change from kohls. So on Saturday I ordered hundreds in merchandise. This morning I get an email saying order shipped...but its to my old address. So call them up and am told I have to wait months so whoever gets the packages sends them back?! These are work clothes! In a strange turn I didnt end up even using their card so I will be putting in a dispute!

I bought 2 of the same thing. Literally, I picked one thing and changed the quantity to 2. I receive my order confirmation via email, and they are sending me 2 different things. How does that even happen? I tried to fix their error, but it's absolutely impossible to modify an order or talk to anyone. They claim to have the best return policy. Except i have to go to the store which is well over an hour away, or i can mail it back and they wont refund shipping.

I really do not like Kohl's one bit and that is putting it nicely. I received a pair of pants for xmas and they just weren't right so I decided to return them. The pants were originally $44.99 but since I was returning them now, the price was $28.99!!! They gave me a Kohl's card, I walked around the store for an hour and could not find ANYTHING within that price range. They are totally overpriced!!! I finally found a top that I could deal with which was under what I had on that card. It's plain and black. Whoopee! Anyway, I ended up giving the card with the $5 balance to someone who was going inside the store because I will never shop at Kohl's again. I went over to TJ Maxx and spent a small fortune in no time.

Totally unacceptable management of recent online order. Cancelled without notifying immediately. Too late for my family to get athletic shoes. Creeps.. hate you Kohl's..you suck.

Back in Sept around the 18th I was visiting a sick aunt for the day no clothes or anything 6 hour drive she passed while there, I went to Kohls purchased a couple new outfits for the stay and the funeral. Went to Saphora got some makeup and the clerk was telling about the spend 95 on the samples perfume get a big one free so I purchased it. Went home used the samples went to purchase "My free one" and the coupon had it expired on Sept 5 - 14 days Before I purchased it. Today I reached out to customer service and was told they cannot help I have to Drive 6 hours back to the original store!!! Are you Serious I have been a loyal customer is Kohls for many years and do believe I will be canceling my card.

I bought a ring for my daughter and needed to exchange the size. Since it was an online order and the item is not in stores, I have to return it and reorder the correct size. The ring is no longer on sale and is now $70 more. Customer service did nothing to help and refused to exchange it. Any other store would have done an even exchange for the same item.

Order from Kohls on the 12 of Dec. It is now the 22 Dec. The tracking number they sent me is not in the USPS system. According to there system it has been in Seattle for 4 days. 3 hours from my house. Learned that Kohls is not a trusted business. Customer Service was terrible and very hard to understand her English. I would not recommend using online ordering. Don't even think this order will even get here. Beware of using Kohls online ordering.

If you need to return an item by mail Kohl's return policy is the worse- most stores especially of the quality of what you think of as the quality of Kohl's has a return policy. If you can get to one of their stores you are fine but if you need to return by mail you need to pay shipping fees - very poor customer relations.

I ordered Christmas gifts for family and some foster kids that I am sponsoring for Christmas during the Cyber Monday sale. Kohl's split the order into 6 different boxes. The first box arrived today. In the box was a very, heavy cast-iron pot with 2 toys and a tween nail care set. The nail care set was crushed with its contents all over the bottom of the shipping box. Who packs a heavy item with fragile ones without putting the fragile ones in a separate box? I called Kohl's. The phone tree is ridiculous to get to a real person. The online chat option wasn't working either. I was told, "you can go to the store IF they have one and exchange it (minimum of a 3 hours roundtrip drive to the nearest store in good weather and it is currently a blizzard so it would be 6 or more hours of traveling) or we can process a replacement but if you don't wait for the rest of the order we cannot help you with any other damaged items." I was told the rest of the order could take until Christmas to arrive. These are Christmas gifts with some of the items needing to be mailed from my end, which means there won't be enough time for them to make it for Christmas. This is NOT customer service! I paid for undamaged items, and I should not have to wait for the other 5 boxes to arrive to file a complaint for the damaged item(s). Their Kohl's Capitol One credit card also will NOT warranty items like a normal credit card does, so avoid this as well. Definitely, NOT a good experience, and I shudder at what I'll find with the rest of the order, since there is another cast-iron pan and fragile toys and jewelry still in transit. I will NOT be able to get a replacement in time to mail it for it to arrive for Christmas. The closest store is over 80 miles from my home! Gas is $3.49/gallon. I get a maximum of 20 mph in good weather and far less when the top speed is 25-25 mph. So I will have to miss a day of work to return the item to the store (if they have one in stock, which may not be the case, the representative said there was only one left at that store) and pay for a tank of gas and risk my life on the treacherous roads, or NOT have a present for the tween foster child. For shame KOHLS!!!! Do better!!!!!!!!!!

Beware... I placed an online order and had free shipping. They charged me for the total order right away. First they shipped part of the order, charged me for those items again, and a $2 shipping.com charge. Then they shipped the rest of the order and charged me again for that shipment plus another $2 shipping.com charge. So at that point I was charged twice for my order plus $4 to shipping.com. Then I get an alert from my credit card company for a $16 charge from shipping.com. I called my credit card to dispute most of the charges and they immediately canceled my card fearing fraud. I'm still waiting on the second shipment. In the meantime I found a phone number and called the shipping.com at my credit cards request. This is where I really lost it... shipping.com is actually a travel company associated with Kohls. When you order online you're charged $2 for a membership deposit and if you don't cancel within 7 days you're charged the full membership price! I never agreed to join nor wanted to. They're supposed to have canceled the membership, but that credit card is canceled anyway. The downer... so far what I ordered will need to be returned. When I do the return it will be the last time I plan to do any kind of business with Kohls.

I went to Kohl’s in Roanoke, VA on MONDAY 9/1 to return an item and the refunded amount was less than what I paid for the item. The cashier called the manager, Jeremy, to explain the discrepancy. Jeremy was rude and condescending when explaining the matter as if I didn’t understand his explanation. If Kohl’s promotes someone to be a manager, the least they should do is to teach them how to properly speak to a customer and avoid being rude. That should be the basic requirement for any employee, especially a manager. This experience makes me not want to shop at Kohl’s again.

I went into Kohls today because I received an email stating prices that nowhere in the store existed. The items advertised at $8.99 and "$10 and under" in the email ranged from $29.99 to 49.99. I left, vowing it will be last disappointing visit. I am not surprised that the parking lot was virtually empty. What a shame Kohls has gone so far downhill. I cut up my card.

Because of a family urgency, I had realized I had not used my kohl's cash. I called to have it reinstated, with only a couple days over expiration date. I was told that corporate said under NO circumstances will they do that anymore. I had been a customer for over 28 years, and that had been their policy. I did not receive anything in the mail, the change was not listed on the Kohl's cash, and the woman who issued it did not mention this change. I canceled my credit card and will shop elsewhere. I was previously told that this is the third CEO in 2 years. Your store policies worked, customers were satisfied. Unfortunately, not anymore!

You sent me a 40 percent off coupon. I made an online purchase and I received a confirmation number. I received an email notice a couple of days after telling me that my order could not be filled because ran out of the product. I should have been given the 40 percent returned to me to make another purchase. When I made the purchase it stated the item was available for pickup in the store and that I would receive $5.00 after the pickup. Kohls did not do any of this. I called customer service and told I would get the 40 percent back but I did not. Very disappointed with the service I was given.

My complaint is specifically about your "kohls mom" commercials. When are you going to change her clothes? A true shopper would have dozens and dozens of outfits. Change her clothes now.

My order was canceled due to incorrect inventory, but the gift card I used as partial payment was not refunded. Since it was in my wallet, the gift card information disappeared once I placed the order. When I called customer service, they asked me for the gift card information and I told them it was gone. After 20 minutes, I was told it would take 24 hours to reinstate the balance. Shouldn't customer service know this without me having to spend 20 minutes on the phone. Kohl's used to be my favorite store. Now I absolutely hate it. Difficult returns even with a receipt and within return window, policy changes without informing customers, just bad store policies and untrained associates.

I did an online order. I was out of town and couldn’t pick up by the date they said I had to pick up. It was like “that’s too bad but we can’t do anything for you. Such poor customer service.

Working here: I am extremely disappointed with the workplace culture at this location. Many of the supervisors demonstrate unprofessional and, at times, prejudiced behavior. With the exception of one consistent and one occasional supervisor, most refuse to acknowledge or speak to certain employees, even when directly addressed. It creates a hostile and unwelcoming environment. There is an unhealthy pressure to push Kohl’s credit cards and reward memberships, to the point where employees are harassed or treated as if they have no value unless they help meet those quotas. This is not only unethical but demoralizing. Additionally, some supervisors speak to both employees and customers in a rude and condescending manner, further contributing to a toxic atmosphere. These practices reflect poorly on the company and do not support a respectful or inclusive workplace.
