I am canceling my account (opened Feb 2005) and will no longer shop at your store in response to your decision to take away Mike Lindell's right to free speech. You have chosen a path that takes you one step closer to taking away mine as well. I'm assuming your decision to destroy his life is based on the fact that you conducted your own investigation into the voter fraud allegations and not because you are just following the biased few who control the media. There are 74 million clear thinkers out here who don't follow the biased media and who insist on having an honest and detailed investigation. I'm sure that not all 74 million of us have accounts at Kohl's, but I did until now. You didn't do the math did you? People who don't agree with Mike may stop buying his products, while people who don't agree with you will stop buying every product you sell. I hope you lose a devastating amount of shoppers due to your attack on Mr. Lindell. A country without an honest election is a country without freedom. I will not let a company like yours take that away from me.

Selling " Pride " cloths for babies ? Truly disgusting. My first credit card was kohls .. I cut it into little pieces. I won't support those who support perverts .

Political “wokeness” When you remove MyPillow products just because corporate execs disagree with Mike Lindell politically or are afraid of the Left, you alienate MOST of your customers! This is a STUPID business practice! Just remember conservatives have money too and I choose to shop at stores who support ALL American’s.

I am now in the process of returning all merchandise that I have recently purchased. Kohls had previously issued me a refund in the form of a check. I took the check to my banking institution to be cashed and only later discovered Kohl's did not honored the check. My bank charged me for the returned check and an additional service fee. Not only do I not have the merchandise but it is as though I have paid triple the pricing and Kohl's get the merchandise returned for free. Calling over the phone is ridiculous. Poor customer service. I will no longer shop at Kohl's and will be canceling my card.

This is the worst store that can exist, I bought an article at a special price and after a month of not sending me the article, they told me that they would refund my money so that I could buy it again at a higher price.

DO NOT EXPECT GREAT THINGS FROM KOHLS!!! I ordered a linen kitchen valance to match my living room curtains as my place is combo kitchen/living room. They were discounted for black Friday, I used my 20% off, and Kohl's cash. To get free shipping, I got a shirt and socks I didn't need. I obviously changed my address with them because I got my statement in the mail here. Yet, they shipped my curtains to PA. 😡 I tried live chat, useless! I called Kohl's. Their response: If they cannot get the order stopped and returned to them during transit, there is not anything they can do. No refund 🤬!!! When I threatened to pay off the card, cancel it, and never shop at Kohl's again, they said they would credit the curtains, but it would take at least one month. Not helpful. Since I got them via the aforementioned discounts, I cannot rebuy them, and I lost my Kohl's cash. I request a refund for the shirt/socks I only ordered to meet the free shipping because they have not shipped yet. Kohl's refuses to give me a refund, saying they can't, until the above order is resolved. Seriously, Kohl's refuses to refund items that never shipped. As usual, the people with whom you are trying to communicate are from another country. I asked to talk to a supervisor, on hold ....... After a period of time, the woman comes back and says, "it will be a 30 minute hold to speak to a supervisor". Sure! Been there, done that before. Ordered clothes and everything came with security tags. Placed order in line due to busy work schedule when I called the lady was very, very rude on phone and said it happens all the time. So I told her I’d need to send back “she said do what ever you what” first and last time I do business with kohl! I had even paid extra on shipping to arrive by specific time frame ! Worse customer service and carelessness in shipping

I first started shopping at kohls way back in 1999! Over the years, their products and services have declined significantly. I have had local store clerks make many mistakes and the same goes for online shopping help. I can never find anything in my size in the store. So I ordered 4 pairs of jeans and I needed them soon as I was going out of the country. It was $20 shipping and if I returned, I would lose it. So I called and the lady promised she was going to make it $10. Also I was getting kohls dollars so it'd all work out. Well, none fit and I returned everything after I got back from overseas. I tried calling several times as the bill amount was wrong. Always went to stupid automated system. Finally I called and got Lisette who was new and was very bad at communicating. After 45 mins!, she said she'd remove the late fees and shipping charge. After that, I made my payment and THEN she tells me I still owe shipping charge of $20 which only customer svc could remove. Listen to the recording if you don't believe me! If I still owed 20 for shipping and I owned 17 for actual purchase, how come I just paid $19.50 I asked? she couldn't explain anything. She transferred me to cust svc who was supposed to help me remove shipping charges but while I am talking/explaining the mess, he just cut me off and I got the survey!! So I gave them 1 (the worst) for all Qs. After almost an hour, now I am back on their line waiting for 20 mins to speak to someone and listening to bad music, no response yet! what the hell is going on with Kohls lately that they've gone to this low level of service? To boot, the glasses were supposed to cost me $11 but store clerk (who has made mistakes in the past at that store) has charged me $17! At this point, I was fed up and I paid the 19.50 but why do I still owe shipping charges and if so, how come she took only 19.50 instead of 39.50??? I am yet to get someone to explain this mess. Lastly, when I called back customer service, it asks me to press 1 to send fax, 2 for voicemail etc!! Then it makes me wait and 20 mins later, it asks, "press 1 to rering your party"!! wth?!!! I WILL NO LONGER SHOP AT KOHLS!!

Send the wrong size clothes! Customer service people are rude and nasty! No help from them what so ever!!! Would not recommend them to anyone!!!!!!

I ordered a swimsuit for my vacation and was sent the wrong one twice!!!! Then they refused to send me the correct one. Instead a refund supposedly will be issued but could take 30 days! Thanks for leaving me naked on the beach assholes! Their quality and customer service has gone so far downhill since they opened, they should be closing soon. It’s a discount junk store now.

I bought products at Kohl's that amounted to approximately $59. I received a statement and I paid it on time. They are claiming that it came late so they are charging me an additional $30 on a $59 charge. I think that is ridiculous. I choose not to shop there anymore. Dr Tom

I went to the Depew store for a electric blanket, After looking around for about 15 minutes I couldn't find one.NO RESPONSE from anybody. I FINALLY talked to some girl that I thought worked there buy she didn't but was kind enough to look up blankets on her app. This store had none. So She looked up Orchard park store and they had one on sale; So I drove ALL THE WAY DOWN THERE.Went to look at blankets and couldn't find any electric ones, After about 15 minutes of looking I couldn't find it so I called the store from my phone to ask someone for help because I couldn't find anyone working there. THAT WAS A BIG JOKE. I called twice and NO ONE ANSWERED THE PHONE. Another 5 minutes went buy and I finally caught a guy walking by, he tried to help but after looking around all over we couldn't find it. Finally I asked for the manager, she finally came and I told her how dissapointed i was after driving all the way down there and they couldn't find it. That store was so messed up they had not marked where anything was and no one knew anything. So I left the store and ordered one from Amazon. I WIIL NEVER STEP INTO ANOTHER KOHL"S STORE EVER AGAIN, NO ONE KNOWS ANYTHING AND YOU CAN'T FIND ANYTHING AND YOU CAN'T FIND ANYBODY THAT WOEKS THERE. THAT STORE SUCKS !!!!!

I placed an order for Christmas presents on Kohls.com on November 27 2023. It never arrived. I went to the store and they said they couldn’t help me. I emailed ontrack several times and they said it’s on its way. Tracking said they received data but not package from seller. No tracking information. Automated system says on its way. It never arrived. This order was Christmas presents for a family member that came home for Christmas to no presents. I got to talk to a customer service representative finally after several attempts and being on hold for 30 minutes. After explaining the situation I was put on hold again. She then said she would cancel my order and request a refund. I said that’s it? I’m supposed to be ok that you ruined someone’s Christmas and accept no responsibility? Not even an apology. She put me on hold again and then came back and said she credited my account for compensation. I said how much and she hesitated then said $8.00 I said that’s all my business is worth to you is $8? Worst service ever

Kohl's continues to run 30% off coupons that are not good on most products in store or online. Seems like everything is excluded except their store brands. Their store brands are much lower quality than national store brands. Kohl's Cash is a total joke - you have to use it the following week (after the sale ends) or lose it. The stores are dated, disorganized, and dreary. I won't be back.
