I left this review with Kohls.com and was told it was moderated and would not be published. So much for honest feedback on their site. Poor online ordering experience. Couldn't log into my account because the system was down, so I had to check out as a guest. Then they sent the wrong color and am given only option to return it online. No option to communicate with someone online to fix it so I had to go out to the store (Jackson, MI). Once at the store there was no clear directions to returns so I went up to the checkouts right by the front door. They were not busy 1 customer at check out and one just getting into line. As I walked through the door a cashier greeted me. I walked around the maze to get to checkout. There had been 3 employees discussing something and one checking out someone. I thought ah cool, np I will be in and out in no time. I was wrong. 1 of the 3 other employees that has been disusing something came over and opened a second line. BOTH cashiers were painfully slow and both started having issues with items ringing properly. It was only after standing 15-20 minutes waiting for them to finish at least 1 order, a manager came up to help them. As she came though glancing over at me with my package with shipping info on it she told me returns were in the back. So I go back to returns and the only thing they can do is return the item and reorder the right one since it isn't in stock at the store. Would be fine except it was a sale item and I have to pay full price for the reorder and if I want the price difference back I would have to wait for the full priced shoes to come in, then take them back to the store again for a refund and re-ring. I live 15 minuets from the store there is no way I am wasting all that gas because you couldn't send me the right shoes in the first place. I returned the shoes and wont be shopping there anymore.

Your Conyers Dogwood store was very busy and only one set of the register was open. I ask a sale associate could I check out in jewelry she said yes. The sale associate at the jewelry department refuse to check me out even though they had no customers. I inform the man who refused to check me out that another sales associate I said I could check out. Finally after much persistence I was allowed to be check out by another sale associate at the jewelry counter. That was to much, just rude. I am finished with Kohl's.

If I could put zero stars I would. I usually order from Kohl's via my daughter's app. However this year I ventured out on my own. My first purchase came in a timely manner. I knew they had a huge sale today. So I waited to use my " free $10 "Kohl's cash. After several attempts to use at checkout were unsuccessful, I checked the email with $10 off on it. Imagine my surprise when the code # was missing, all that remained was the pin#. In retaliation I removed a few items. Still well over my limit for free shipping. So I scrolled thru receipt and imagine my surprise when I was being charged $4.99 for tax, yep stayed of Pa, tax on clothes. No sportswear, bathing suits etc... Seriously if they don't want to ship free over $49.99, then they should just charge you up front. I'm not a pro ordering on line, I spent well over a hour shopping for right sizes, through many dept etc... what a waste of time. Seriously Kohl's, now I'm wondering if I have been charged tax before. I'm sure I was, btw it was an estimated tax for my clothes.

I placed an order online it was delivered it came to my house it was nowhere to be found I called customer service help me out immediately with no problems they're replacing the product with no charge to me I can't thank them enough love shopping at Kohl's

love the stores and the website arrangement , but it is ALWAYS SOOOO slow, my time is more precious than this, going to stop buying online -- which was probably 5 times more than i ever buy in a store, really bad service by kohls, they are going to lose massive profits in the future from this no doubt. ( not just me, but others too).

if you place an order online and you have an issue forget about calling their customer service because you will be talking to somebody in India who will put you on hold forever

20 years plus and never a late payment. I always waited two or three days after a purchase and scheduled a payment in full. About a month ago I received an Email stating my balance was "seriously Delinquent". I went on line and there was a $14.31 balance I had no idea from where it came. I paid it immediately and fiqured I'd go back when I had time ~~I did. I had purchased some towels that were delivered and payed for them with Kohl's Cash~~~They didn't include the shipping of $8.25 AFTER I had paid and received the towels. I didn't receive a bill or Email for the eight bucks so interest started to accrue and they ( Capital One sent it to collection which of course impacted my Fico score. I contacted Kohl's they in turn opened an inquiry. Today I received a letter stating that they ( capital one) had reviewed it and determined that the information was correct and they wouldn't change it . I canceled my card ~~Will deal with the credit folks myself and will never spend another dime in Kohls. Eight dollar mistake on their part and I have to waste all this time One last thing~~having paid the requested 14.31 I suddenly had a$1.00 credit????

This is by far the worse online ordering experience. I did my order for Christmas, I order 7 items. Once placing my orders. Kohl’s offered $5 kohl’s cash if I picked up my order. I was like sure why not. Big mistake! I had to pick up 1 items at one store. 2 items at another store across town. And the rest of my items are being shipped in 3 different days. Now one says it’s been delivered but never received… I will never order from this company again. That’s a lot to say since I do all my shopping online.

I am now in the process of returning all merchandise that I have recently purchased. Kohls had previously issued me a refund in the form of a check. I took the check to my banking institution to be cashed and only later discovered Kohl's did not honored the check. My bank charged me for the returned check and an additional service fee. Not only do I not have the merchandise but it is as though I have paid triple the pricing and Kohl's get the merchandise returned for free. Calling over the phone is ridiculous. Poor customer service. I will no longer shop at Kohl's and will be canceling my card.

Worst customer service-- they don't answer their lines, they transfer you to unmanned phone numbers, and they are unreasonable. I hate this store and will never spend money here again.

This is the worst store that can exist, I bought an article at a special price and after a month of not sending me the article, they told me that they would refund my money so that I could buy it again at a higher price.

DO NOT EXPECT GREAT THINGS FROM KOHLS!!! I ordered a linen kitchen valance to match my living room curtains as my place is combo kitchen/living room. They were discounted for black Friday, I used my 20% off, and Kohl's cash. To get free shipping, I got a shirt and socks I didn't need. I obviously changed my address with them because I got my statement in the mail here. Yet, they shipped my curtains to PA. 😡 I tried live chat, useless! I called Kohl's. Their response: If they cannot get the order stopped and returned to them during transit, there is not anything they can do. No refund 🤬!!! When I threatened to pay off the card, cancel it, and never shop at Kohl's again, they said they would credit the curtains, but it would take at least one month. Not helpful. Since I got them via the aforementioned discounts, I cannot rebuy them, and I lost my Kohl's cash. I request a refund for the shirt/socks I only ordered to meet the free shipping because they have not shipped yet. Kohl's refuses to give me a refund, saying they can't, until the above order is resolved. Seriously, Kohl's refuses to refund items that never shipped. As usual, the people with whom you are trying to communicate are from another country. I asked to talk to a supervisor, on hold ....... After a period of time, the woman comes back and says, "it will be a 30 minute hold to speak to a supervisor". Sure! Been there, done that before. I was very disappointed with kohls.com. To celebrate my two year anniversary of being cancer free I decided that I was going to order some things for myself to make me feel good. It had been a rough time and I needed to feel good about myself again. They were all shoes. Seven pairs to be exact which was highly unusual for me to even consider. I only ever wear tennis shoes but this was different styles of ankle boots. I was so excited because I never wear dress shoes but I decided it was time. This was a special occasion. I had three different UPS tracking numbers. I received the 1st package then I received the 2nd package the 3rd package the UPS tracking stated “shipper created a label UPS has not received the package yet” All of this was ordered at the same time but yes there were 3 different tracking #’s. I called UPS To discuss the problem they said I needed to discuss it with Kohl’s they never sent UPS the package. That was fine I had all of my receipts from the two packages I had received. The order # and All my emails. Dates and times of the deliveries and what was and wasn’t in each box. I called Kohl’s I told them I had The tracking numbers. I told the customer service representative who identified himself as 189J on 11/28/22 at 6:10pm That I had received 2 packages the 1st one had had 2 pairs of shoes in it which shoes and the SKU #’s. The other had one pair of shoes in it and gave him the name and SKU # of that one. The last tracking number which would’ve contained 4 pairs of shoes I did not get and I read to him what the UPS tracking said. I gave him the names and SKU #’s and the amount of each that I did not receive. He said that he would re-order the missing shoes and I will get an email shortly with a new order number as verification. Plus he verbally gave me the order # and told me exactly what he was going to order and the amount of each. He apologized for the order not being sent. I thanked him so much for his help I was so excited I was finally going to get my shoes. I received the email a little while later with my new order number. And it was incorrect he ordered me 3 pairs of shoes that I had already received an 1 pair that I hadn’t it was supposed to be the opposite. It was supposed to be what he had told me it would be. I just wanted to cry I thought really I have to go through this again. At 6:55 PM I called customer service again this time I reached customer service representative 16NJ. This gentleman I will never forget!! I really can’t call him a gentleman he told me he couldn’t fix the order because it had been “fulfilled” I didn’t understand. The package hadn’t been packed. There was no tracking # all they had to do was cancel that order and reorder it correctly. Sorry. He said. That’s not how it is done said customer service representative 16NJ. I begged him to talk to a manager he refused I begged him to look at my previous order number because I knew that representative 189J had told me that he was going to put a comment in there about the problems that I had. He refused. Well our nice new representative number 16NJ he didn’t care. He just said you get what you get. Well guess that’s what is going to happen I didn’t have the strength left in me to argue with him. I was heartbroken I finally said now I remember why I had given up my Kohl’s card to begin with it was their bad customer service and I stopped shopping there. At this point now well I have $30 in Kohl’s cash coming to me and honestly it doesn’t make me happy it makes me sad because all I wanted to do was treat myself to something nice for a very important anniversary. And customer service representative 189J and 16NJ ruin that for me. Kohls.com let me down. If this order actually shows up I will be surprised. The kohls card. Well that will more than likely never be used again unless another store other than kohls will accept it. How could you Kohls.com. I am so disappointed 😢. You turned what should have been an exciting time to be celebrated into such an ugly experience!!!!

Never, ever again will I order from kohls.com. Back in September I ordered a pair of sandals and they were too large. Since they were on sale, I ordered them in a smaller size and then returned the larger ones. I still have yet to see my refund. It is now the end of November and today I made my 3rd phone call to customer service. Again I've been promised the refund has been processed. We'll see. NEVER AGAIN!

Kohls truly is bottom of the barrel. They never have certain things in stock. I did have a Kohls credit card however, I didn't use it often enough for Kohls liking so they closed my account. Fine. Screw you! I haven't shopped there in a while without my card but was looking for some jeans. As usual, they don't have them any any of the 3 stores near me.

I ordered over 400.00 worth of merchandise. Fought like hell to get my 70.00 cash and never received. Went to store didn’t help and online they never replied. It’s back to JCP for me!!

This has got to be the absolute worst website in existence! Can't get the cart to keep the items, can't get the correct pricing, can't apply the discount. Ridiculous always like this, not just black Friday. I deleted my order and I'm never using this store again.

Ordered clothes and everything came with security tags. Placed order in line due to busy work schedule when I called the lady was very, very rude on phone and said it happens all the time. So I told her I’d need to send back “she said do what ever you what” first and last time I do business with kohl! I had even paid extra on shipping to arrive by specific time frame ! Worse customer service and carelessness in shipping

I’ve read over and over about how you can’t cancel an order until you receive it even though you don’t receive the item. Happened to me too. They think we are stupid and their tactic to stahl and maybe we won’t cancel I’d what they are hoping for. Not going to happen ! No delivery thus far and nobody at kohls can tell me where my item is or when it will be delivered!
