Capital one is the worst ,why would Kohls think that merger would be a good idea, customer service horrible ,agent must be working from home ,sounded like calls getting crossed ,like a police scanner playing in the background ,how do I feel comfortable giving out my personal information when you are hearing other conversations and cutting on and off ..plus their interest is so high now ,their monthly payments are now alot higher, sorry Kohls ,I'm paying off balance and cutting up cards !! 🤡ðŸ˜
