“I went to the Johnsburg, Ill Kohls store .. I had a pick up order from another store .. I met Sara main store manager and right off the bat .., She is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful.. and went out of her way to help me w a small hiccup.. she inquired w another store manager Jim from another Kohls store… THEY WERE ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! Above and truly Beyond!!! I will be a Kohls customer for Life.. this Johnsburg Kohls is OUTSTANDING ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“Kohll's sold us a SRE-3050/G Stair lift chair. With in a few days it was installed and operational. Corey did a gtreat job of assembly and installation accomplished in just under 2 hours We are very pleased with the chair operaation.and recomend Kohii's if you are thinking of ggetting a lift chair. Hyde's, Omaha,NE”

“Hank, the store manager in San Diego, was so friendly and helpful. He really added a personal touch to shopping that was positive and I noticed that he treated the cashiers really well when interacting with them. I was looking for a container that I couldn’t find, but Hank problem solved with me to try to make things work…a gem!”

“The Sales Associate name Katie was very hospital and accommodating on December 26 (day after Christmas) while working in the returns department. She was quite friendly and eager to help me. “I placed an order online it was delivered it came to my house it was nowhere to be found I called customer service help me out immediately with no problems they're replacing the product with no charge to me I can't thank them enough love shopping at Kohl's”

“I was in the Palm Desert location yesterday afternoon. Reyes checked my out, he was exceptionally pleasant and professional. Additionally there was a manager cheerfully greeting people and guiding them to an available checkout line. I had a very positive experience. 😃”

“I have rarely shopped in Kohl's over the years. I mostly didn't like the styles of the clothes. Recently I visited my sister-in-law who lives in Mechanicsville, Virginia. She has dementia and my brother said she needed clothes badly. So, I went shopping where she would always shop. Looked around the store; bought some shoes and a purse for me. Noticed, items by Laura Condon, which I really like that style, and others that I hadn't seen the other times I went shopping. When I got back to Fort Worth, Texas, I had to return some items I had bought for her in VA and they could not have been more helpful. Now I get it...I've found my favorite store! I hope things turn around for your company. I think they can. Thank you, Sandy”

“Kohl's is awesome! I just recently started shopping at Kohl's online. I love the convenience of shopping online with the option to pick up at a nearby store or have items shipped directly to me. Items arrive super fast and the prices at great! I ordered several items this morning and just receive notification that they have already shipped! This is highly unusual for a Saturday. Unbelievable!”

“I just want to say, I went into Kohl's today to do an Amazon return which was quick and easy. I was given a $5 cash card to spend in the store... I purchased something and when I went to check out, the cashier asked if i received email from kohls wirh The mystery percentage off.. if she hadn't said that I wouldn't have known. Needless to say I was estatic to get 40%off!! I was very grateful! The staff there were unbelievably nice I have always had a good experience in Kohl's in Mayslanding.. very organized and very nice Thank you all! Renee P.”

“Had a wonderful experience in the Middletown Delaware Store. Needed to exchange a slightly defective product received at Christmas for the same. Item was delayed unit January. Not only did I not have any issues with making the exchange, but the Kirsten in Customer Service made it pleasurable & painless. She was very friendly, knowledgeable & efficient. Took care of everything in less than 15 minutes. Most of that time was enjoyable friendly chatter, Truly appreciate this shopping experience with Kirsten.”
