“i've always loved Kohls but the new layout of the store made me want to leave as soon as I got there. it is cramped and disorganized. customer online pickup snakes up way to much space.”

“Hank, the store manager in San Diego, was so friendly and helpful. He really added a personal touch to shopping that was positive and I noticed that he treated the cashiers really well when interacting with them. I was looking for a container that I couldn’t find, but Hank problem solved with me to try to make things work…a gem!”

“Totally disappointed with kohls .com. I ordered personalized gifts that I sent myself so I could return if they didn’t come in time. I ordered gifts online to ship to another address and made sure item”s delivery dates were in time for Christmas- each item. estimated to arrive by the 20th ( dates were up until the 20th). I even bought more items to get free shipping. Advertised pajamas and pajama bottoms -nothing out of the ordinary. 1 item was delivery on the 20th and the 3 others are estimated to arrive after Xmas on the 27th. I can’t even cancel because supposedly they processed. I would have purchased different gifts had I known there was a chance gifts would not be delivered before Xmas. All my online orders from different stores arrive on time or just 1 day later. Old Navy, Home Depot , Lowe’s, Gap, Amazon. I wish I would have just ordered from them. Now only 1 person will have her gift .”

“I was on a chat with Natalie and then supervisor Skyler. It took over 45 min for them to tell me they couldn’t do a price adjustment. Even though they first stated they could. He told me to return it to the store and rebuy at a lower price. Underly ridiculous! Lazy incompetent employees”

“My kohls cash has been being taken away oddly. 2nd time in two months. When you ask a store associate they say it's been happening alot lately. When you call customer service they tell you that they're sorry but you can earn more kohls cash by shopping.. Why would I want to shop here more when your promised Kohls cash and they cancel it on you.”

“Capital one is the worst ,why would Kohls think that merger would be a good idea, customer service horrible ,agent must be working from home ,sounded like calls getting crossed ,like a police scanner playing in the background ,how do I feel comfortable giving out my personal information when you are hearing other conversations and cutting on and off ..plus their interest is so high now ,their monthly payments are now alot higher, sorry Kohls ,I'm paying off balance and cutting up cards !! 🤡😠”

“I love Kohl's but some of the women's clothing, shirts are so thin. I wash them a couple of times and get pin holes in them. Women are paying more for their clothes than men and get less material. Pass this on to your. Clothing line people.”

“Placed an order on line 8/18 w a delivery date of 8/21 , 22. Received an email item was shipped 8/19 given tracking number. Waited 2 days checked w carrier. Never received package . Called customer service, was told neverr sent .that in fact the label was printed and delivery date is now by 8/26. Asked to call the warehouse and confirm shipping today . Told couldn't do that . Koles dose not allow customer service a telephone number to warehouse . Now they send me another email saying it's being shipped today . Don't believe them. Lesson learned, do not order from koles on line . Check w consumer affairs. They have 1.4 star rating. Should have do e more research”

“Went to return an online purchase and woman at customer service said to me why do you shop online and then return here. This is at KOHLS IN WALPOLE MA. I AM A MVC CUSTOMER AND WHEN I GET FREE SHIPPING I TAKE ADVAVANTAGE LIKE EVERYONE ELSE. COMMENT WAS UNCALLED FOR AND I DID NOT PROVOKE.”

“I received a Kohls gift card, went to use it in the store, stated $0.00 balance which was incorrect. I had a balance of $30.00. I was told they can’t give me my balance in a gift card, had to be Kohls cash which would expire in 24 days!!! I’m done with Kohls!!! Why do we have to be inconvenienced by this!!!!”

“Went to the closest Kohls (15 miles away) to use some Kohls cash/rewards. The only promotion was $10 off of $25. HOWEVER, discounts and coupons can now only be used on Kohl's brands. I found something for $24.99. In the past the tax has counted but no longer. I was a penny short and nothing close to the register would count. I thought about going and finding something but was hesitant due to the long line and few registers open. Then I asked about using Kohls cash to pay and associate told be that I would have to spend even more because the total had to be over $25 of Kohls brand AFTER using the Kohls cash. News to me. In the past the Kohls cash/rewards was just a method of payment. Needless to say I left without purchasing the items I had brought to the register. Going to the store is disappointing. Much less of a selection. What is there are the same old tired styles year after year. Prices higher with less sales and now the discounts can't be used on most items. Sizes are either small or XXL. Not the same Kohls I used to shop at a lot and definitely will not be my first choice to shop anymore”
