Today is 1/12/2024 - I purchased 2 crossbody purses on-line on 12/30/23. They were subsequently "lost" after being scanned in by my local post office. Post office could not tell me where the package was and to place a claim with Kohls.com I called customer service and they said tracking states on 1/10 that its on its way to the next facility. It should not have to go to another facility, just to me. Kohls told me to wait after the last scan before they will consider a credit. I asked to talk to a supervisor, they said he would call - he still has not contacted me. My Kohls bills has come to pay for the purchase, which I still have not received the products ordered. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED WITH THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE!
