The Kohls stores are amazing. Kohls.com on the other hand is terrible. I ordered an item for Christmas on November 21. It says it was to be delivered on Nov 27. The tracking said it was 30 min away from my house on November 27 for about a week. I contacted Kohks.com on December 9. They told me I could not just have the same item sent back out, but had to return it and if I wanted I could repurchase the item. I had used $50 of kohls cash so I could not repurchase the item, but they told me 3-5 days, so I just waited. After about a week of no refund I called back. Still no refund. So they then told me it would be up to 30 days. So I bought my son something else (luckily he is 21 and understands). After over 30 days I contacted them back. This time I’m told that because I didn’t use my kohls card, I had to contact my bank to get my refund and that Kohks couldn’t do anything. They said the bank was already made aware and I had to contact them. As soon as I did that I would get my kohls cash back (the amount on my debit card was $31). I asked to talk to a supervisor and then they hung up on me. My bank, of course, had no idea what they were talking about, but they are trying to stop charges on it. I will NEVER order from Kohls again. Be AWARE.
