In store service to return and reorder a product was challenging to say the least. The associate could not figure it out because i had used a coupon on the first one. I Just needed an exchange on the same item judt for a different size , she said she could not reorder the item for me but that i would have to do it and then return the original
item. When i called customer service the associate was trying to help me but in the middle of the call it switched me to a survey. The phone tree options do not work well , had to go through that again ...not user friendly. Had to call a second time finally got an associate( Tristan from the Philippines) to help me out. Call went great.
However, should not have to call service to help me when the in store associate should have be able to assist In the first place. Frustrating...
The experience should have been easy for the customer.
