Since COVID the Kohl"s store has deteriorated immensely! Store looks a mess!
Also, switching over to a Capital One charge account is deplorable! When calling customer service with account inquiries, the representatives are nonprimary English speaking and hard to understand. Had to call Capital One twice to get my account straightened out and then I closed the account. Sorry Kohl's you just lost our business.
