it appears my experience was not unusual. Just trying to talk to someone is a hassle. Then when I got the lovely overseas operator I lost her and operator two answered but the echo was sooo awful I asked him for a direct number I could call back on. He very willingly gave me a number which didn't exist. Long story short the carrier service, lasership, is as bad as Kohls! It said my package was delivered ,it wasn't. And now I got an email that in just 30 short days they will credit my account for the merchandise I never received. Ugh! Never again.
