I buy a lot of things from online retailers and have never had a company make it so hard to resolve issues . I would give Kohl’s a 0 star review if I could . They sent me an email saying they are substituting my ordered item with another and I had 24 hours to cancel the order . However there was not any link or information on the email of how to do so .
Kohl’s site did not offer any better results other than an automated chat that was also totally useless. I will never buy from Kohl’s online again , no matter how good the deal is .
I did want to say that my in store have always been positive .
