Kohl’s has not made any effort to help me knowing if, the $25.00, Kohl’s gift card, I sent my granddaughter, has been used. She never received it. It was either stolen or delivered to the wrong address for which,
the person did not mark it “wrong address” and stick it back in their mailbox. Either way…I have all the needed info to determine the outcome but, Kohl’s is NO HELP!!!.
