I used to shop with Mom, we loved the J Lo clothing. I bought a Neato D9 robot vacuum for Christmas gift, it had issues, so starting in February I contacted neato, finally in June they sent back the robot, still won’t even turn on….I called kohls to exchange or get a refund, as I have my receipt….they said NOPE, they only give 180 day policy…..I said but it was a Christmas gift….TOO BAD! WTHeck!
Not gonna shop there any more…Zero star review!
