Kohls customer service is awful. Fraud detection unit is excuse to harass customers. Difficult to work with, no 2 reps will tell the same info. They approved my credit line, let me charge items, sent me a card, and immediately blocked it. Incoherent customer reps don't help. Refused to help me and different reps had different reasons. Unorganized.
Go to Walmart or Target and save yourself aggravation.
