Kohls used to be one of my favorite stores , but in the last year or so, this store has become an EPIC fail ! The store(s) have become unorganized by department , the coupons they send apply to NOTHING anymore , and the final straw : their Kohls card is now Capitol One . Less of a fan than before !!!!
