Third review/email I've written over my experience with ordering your products. Shipment came in HOT. No cold packs inside as listed on the packing slip. A dry ice bag was inside but was completely empty. Requested replacement or refund and never got any response. While I love the products, will not order direct again. If it's not in my local store I won't be buying it.
